History

• 1982 : Foundation of the Company by two engineers from AILg.: S. Kupisiewicz and J. Schoebrechts.
• 1983 : Development and manufacturing of the first electronic Lighting converters for rolling stock.
• 1985 : Collaboration for the development of a dynamic NO-BREAK system.
• 1987 : Launching of the department Process Solution & Control and first references.
• 1987 : Creation of the Power Quality department: distribution of static UPS.
• 1996 : Development, production and marketing of the zero sequenced filters Cleanwave® KSH0.
• 1999 : Participation in the setting-up of the company LASEA s.a. and development of a partnership. This company is specialized in the industrial laser applications.
• 2001 : Development, production and marketing of voltage conditioners Cleanwave® KSC.
• 2003 : Development, production and marketing of dynamic UPS Rotabloc® KPS.
• 2006 : Construction of a second business office at Battice for our electronics – Lighting & Power quality departments.
• 2007 : Participation in the setting-up of the company Trackinside s.a. and development of a partnership. This company is specialized in the marking of transparent materials.
