Delivery ex works is ten months and we predict that this Module, together with your locally supplied genset will be competitively priced against our competitors.
The module is a stand alone, monoblock machine, using two KST accumulators at each end of a centrally positioned low reactance alternator. All items are directly connected via a flexible coupling attached to each of the two accumulators.
This arrangement allows each Accumulator to deliver only a maximum of 50% torque to the alternator.
For Competitors to achieve similar machine size, they often use two of their accumulators in series with each other (one after the other) and this may be very stressful to the main shaft and its component parts.
The KST E-DRUPS also uses an electric shaft between the prime power genset and the alternator, therefore cancelling any possible problems of excess torque between the genset and alternator.
Available in medium voltage and low voltage.
